Shanghai Qinuo manufactures high-performance hammer union seals engineered for reliability in the toughest oilfield environments. These seals are essential for achieving leak-proof connections in high-pressure piping systems where secure sealing is critical for operational safety. The precision-lipped design ensures that each seal fits tightly into the hammer union assembly, providing excellent resistance to shock loads, pulsating pressures, and abrasive drilling fluids.
Our seals are compatible with standard Weco-style hammer unions in models Fig 602, Fig 1002, Fig 1502, Fig 2002, and more. They are manufactured using elastomers specifically formulated to handle oilfield challenges. NBR is ideal for standard crude oil and drilling fluids. HNBR delivers improved performance at elevated temperatures and higher pressures. FKM offers superior resistance against chemicals, H₂S gas, acids, and high-temperature steam—making it the ideal choice for sour gas environments.
Available in sizes from 1” to 7”, each seal can be customized with stainless steel or brass anti-extrusion rings to withstand operating pressures up to 15,000 psi. Whether used in drilling rigs, well servicing equipment, or fracturing manifolds, our hammer union seals ensure consistent sealing performance and reduce the risk of unplanned shutdowns.
